I think that if a customer has a decent down-payment and can explain why their credit is in the tank, and have a stable income and good recent payment history, then yes. Banks need to lend to more than just people with 760 or better credit score.

As a parent of a high school senior who just attended prom, I would be furious!! I think the school needs to reimburse all the parents who rented tuxes, bought dresses, as well as apologize to everyone. The principal and the prom committee should have followed up on all prep and dates. This should never have happened.
