Check out major retailers. Costco pays stock clerks better that BMW or Boeing pays some of their machinists. They have lots of employees who help you find what you want and will walk with you every time until the item you want is located. How can Costco make a good profit while treating their employees very well. They pay their stock clerks more than Boeing pays some of their machinists. All employees have real health care, none even qualify for food stamps and most of all the CEO pays himself a fraction of what Wal-Mart execs get.
The better shows are on cable, there are a couple decent network shows, The Good Wife is a an exapmle of a fairly well written script but even that may be slipping.
