The left lane is the PASSING lane. If you are not actively passing a vehicle, you have no business in that lane. If you pull into that lane, and find you do not have room to pass the intended vehicle, then you should fall back to the right lane BEFORE pulling alongside the intended vehicle.   I wish this law was more...more

WRONG on DEC.... When they entered the PC market (too late) they used two different operating systems. CP/M 86 wich was based on the original CP/M popular on nearly all micro computers before the IBM (with MS-DOS) and RSX-11 (NOT VMS).

There are roads in the USA with limits of 65, 70,75, 80, and now even 85. Such a device would prevent people from driving legally on these roads. Also it would do nothing to prevent speeding in school zones.

If I had my way [thank goodness I do not], then anyone who does not vote (unless there is a real justifiable reason - which is extremely rare] should be denied any service that (in whole or in part) is provided by the goverment. Hint: This includes all public property, roads, et. al.   Failure to vote is a disgrace!

Do the math, if you had simply went back to the 50/50 then your increase would have only been $10K (13%).  Or go to 40/60 and have no impact.

KB712, Actually you have alternatives to the lay-offs, including cutting salary so that the total compensation with insurances equals the same total cost you previous incurred, or raising prices n your products/services to cover the costs, or..., or...   FWIW: I too am a small business owner
