The experts are wrong. The government will not shut down. The congress will not be that stupid. Congress will not say "we can't work out a deal, so now the public will suffer" Not going to happen.
I like the idea of Wal-Mart Express stores so that we can get in and get out in a hurry. Making sure there are clean bathrooms for those of us who travel a lot would be a major plus also. Maybe add a Starbucks or a Subway inside the store. Good luck with your new project Wal-Mart!
Houses are still waaaay over priced. Its extremely difficult to save a 20 percent down payment, have a savings set aside for house repairs and maintenance, and try to limit your monthly mortgage payment to 25-30 percent of your monthly take home pay.
