Bet You Didn’t Know They Were Hispanic

Wow.  It appears we Spanish surnamed persons are melting into the pot.  Maybe someday we can start referring to ourselves as simply Americans, and start phasing out the ethnic labels?  Just wondering.

Why you should up your credit limit

Its better to stay out of debt and not be concerned about increasing your credit limit.  If you use a credit card, pay it off in full every month!

Home prices back to 2001 levels

Current home prices ARE NOT now at 2001 prices as the real estate & mortgage industry are so desparately wanting us to believe by posting cheerleading articles like this one.  Sorry folks, but prices are still 25% to 40% overpriced nationwide.  The increase in average family income over the last 10 years could not keep...more

Real estate listings and lower home sale...

Houses are still waaaay over priced.  Its extremely difficult to save a 20 percent down payment, have a savings set aside for house repairs and maintenance, and try to limit your monthly mortgage payment to 25-30 percent of your monthly take home pay.  I will be renting for a long time, and I'm quite fine with it.  I r...more
