That's because they stopped carrying long time favorites and expect people to continue to buy their products. I can't get the one perfume that I used to wear which has caused me to no buy anything from Avon not to mention their products are way to expensive.

Lower the prices. The small cans of soup that they offer today are not what we used to get when we were kids and the product in side is less than what you used to get. I agree that the staff is not very customer service oriented and could care less. My biggest issue is that their clothing is way overpriced especially since I personally purchased tank tops that are not falling apart and not worth what I paid for them.
