excuse me it says cooked ham,turkey breast or HUNK OF ROAST  (ON SALE) NOT COOKED ..i would assume.I have never seen a hunk of cooked beef on sale or otherwise. and most stores aren't dumb.. it cost them to slice your meat it is extra steps for the butcher or deli person.. they must clean the saw/slicer after every use...more

buying whole and taking to the deli to slice is not going to work if the store wants to pass INSPECTION the deli  meat slicers and or saws are   used for cooked meats only
