We need jobs. All the fiscal cliff rhetoric has produced not a single job. All they are doing is arguing over the insufficent funds in the Treasury and how to possibly re-distribute them. Without increasing revenue in a meaningful way overspending will increase.

Obama approved a 6% pay increase to the 500 White House staff (includes Carney) paid with another IOU to China hoping those earning over $250K will be pleased to pay for it. Come on people, he is our President, we have to back him up on this!
A million more jobs lost is only 40% of the alottment of jobs to be lost by Obama this year. Obama loses jobs to the rolls of the "unemployed" and/or "under-employed" at a rate of 2.5 million jobs per year.

About credit union checking accounts: Consider late fees and overdraft fees of $10, instead of the $39 fees you're paying right now in your Bank of America account. Consider the fact that a civil phone call to a real person can get even the $10 late fee waived. Try to get Bank of America to do that.

Buffet's wrong, and amazingly today. Consumer confidence has slipped again, consumer income is lower, consumers are using savings for purchase of food and gasoline in September, all changes for the worse reported today. It is reported this recession will last a couple of years.
