Best Buy is on its way out. Not to sound like a cranky old codger, but Im not a huge fan of their ads telling Santa to watch his back either. They feature some portly housewives playing tricks on Santa, basically insinuating that Thanks to Best Buy, Santas help is no longer needed.

not sure why you have neg responses. you are absolutely right. i was convinced this was an undecover ad til 3/4 down the article. and still not totally convinced its not.
the banks should not be able to package and sell the mortgage debt, but many are forgetting the simple fact that the buyer signed a contrct when he/she got the mortgage. if you dont pay for bill, you get your house taken. and you deserve it.

its simple, dont borrow more than you can pay. everybody complains about the banks, its the banks fault. you borrowed the money and signed the CONTRACT saying you would pay it.
banks are in business to make money.
