Verizon should have been on the Top 10 list.  They are the worst.  The only thing that is redeeming about them is their coverage, but everything else is horrible.  Salespeople who won't tell you the truth, chronic overcharges, lousy selection of phones . . . the list goes on and on.  Every time we add a phone or change...more
