She's pretty but not like drop dead gorgeous.  If she thinks her looks are holding her back she can just ditch some of the makeup and dress more plainly.

I used Avon in 1992; I liked it and sold it for awhile.  I returned to it again in 1999 and the caliber of the products had gone straight down the toilet.  It did literally NOTHING for my skin.  The current situation illustrates what happens when a company takes their market for granted and cuts quality.
