The tip isn't just for great service, it is part of the servers wage. These people are paid a few dollars an hour and we run them ragged but gripe about paying a few bucks tip. Stay home if your that chintzy.

Should have also stated that I was a single person when I bought. My income alone determined how much house I was able to buy. my real estate agent and the underwriter approved me for 110k/ I wasnt comfortable making that large of a payment so I bought a smaller older house. Glad I did too.

This same situation happened to my friend 20 years ago, her toddler fell 2 storied on a bed of dirt/grass but thankfully it had been raining.
