How about rebuilding the entire town underground. There are some cities in Switzerland that, due to extreme cold weather , build underground. I have been there and it is very nice and has an open feeling.

McDonald's, by a long shot, makes the best cup of coffee anywhere for the price. I see just as many overweight people eating at Subway as I do at McDonald's, so stick to the coffee. Yummmmmm I love it.

Always know what you are invested in. I have some friends of mine who give their 401K's to brokers , who then put them in 30 + mutual funds and no one knows what they are invested in. Keep it simple.

Not a bad idea. I wish American carriers would do something to improve service, anything. On most domestic US airlines you feel like a cow going to slaughter. Airlines in the US have the worst service of any industry , anywhere, hands down just plain awful. Can you say "prison in the sky". I am waiting for the pay toil...more
