People need more choices when it comes to plans. I work in the public sector and receive excellent healthcare benefits that probably cost upwards of 20k per year. The only issue is that I am young, healthy, and probably do not need plan like that. I easily went 10 years without seeing a doctor, what a waste of money...more

Bottom line is that there will always be someone willing to do the job for less money. Large corporations love this as it means more money for those at the top of the pile who deserve it most.
