I had an engineer that would take hard drives home to his kids. I know it is un-tasteful but this is a man that thinks in terms of showing his kids what he does and maybe putting them on the road of being a Dr. themselves.  I don't think he had bad intent but it was a little over the line.

I would think they would at least have the originals made in America. That is the biggest statement of them all. They're allowed to advertise on the apparel and to save on team suits they make them in CHINA. Use a company that will at least use American products.

you always pay off a mortgage unless you have 0 percent loan. the tax break is less than the payments and equity loans are even less than a finance/refi. If you live in a homestead state then you are still protected from debtors.  Not spending money will always be cheaper than spending it.
