I just cannot believe that this woman has lived in this home (and assumedly earned a decent living in the last 25 years) and not paid one dime.  That's 25 years or 300 months of living rent free! Even using a base amount of $500 monthly, that's over $150,000 she should have in hand (plus interest) to payoff her mortgag...more
