Nursing homes squeezed by Medicare cuts

I'm not sure that I understand why ANY care for our seniors has to be cut.  If I'm not mistaken, the country's prisons have MANY programs that could be cut.  Perhaps all but but bread and water once a day.  I don't see a need for anything more than that.  I have no facts or figures, but I would bet that considerably mo...more
