Schools have the authority to have dress codes, as a former educator it is necessary. Years ago it was not because parents had enough sense not to let their kids wear swastikas, racial slurs, halter tops and low cut jeans etc.

We love having a green lawn so we dug a well and use our well water for our irrigation, washing the car and watering our garden, we only use city water for drinking, showering etc
