Add COMMONWEALTH EDISON the biggest rip-off on the planet  to this list. They just dropped the proverbial ball BIG TIME last week in the aftermath of a Midwest storm.  Left people hanging for 4 days in 100+ temperatures with no communication other than they are "assessing damage."
