No where in most of the hotels brochures or web sites does it say you must be staying at the hotel to partake. It just sez they offer complimentary breakfast.   Is it to be assumed?

Why did you assume a 40 hour work week?  If need be you get another one or two jobs. Run the numbers at 60-80 hours a week.
