This is the worst idea ever.  ATM fees are charged on a per-transaction basis.  This is purely a way for the banks to rake in more ATM servicing fees as people are foolish enough to make four $5 withdrawals instead of one $20. What is needed is a bit of self-control with the money in your pocket, not feeding more cent...more
