Tylenol is the brand name for acetaminophen, not aspirin.  Aspirin is a brand name for salicylic acid.  Doing a little research on brand names and generic names will help you to sound intelligent when posting comments.

I'm hoping that 2 Tylenol might help your spelling a bit.  It is spelled B-L-I-N-D, not B-I-N-D.  Taking the 'L' out of the word 'blind' gives the sentence, and the comment, a whole new meaning.  So, I wouldn't go around correcting others' mistakes when you are making some yourself, got it!
