Bankrupt at 23: How I survived

I ran up my credit cards almost $20,000 in my early 20's... I'm 28 now.  Low payments, low interest rates.. it was great.  Until they quadrupled my interest rates.  I was working full time and I took a bartending job at nights and on the weekends..
