I'd go with that- by their own rules - if you buy a firearm with the intent to give or transfer it to someone else then you are committing a felony.

It's stupid people like this that give guns a bad rep.

We already know "gun free zones" don't work - I'm not supposed to pick up the kids from school without first going home and taking my legal carry gun out of the vehicle!  We The People and our children deserve the same protection as anyone else - or be allowed to protect ourselves.
