Default Title

nobody mentions huge property taxes. It is a big reality where I live.  I hate renting and THOUGHT I could afford a house, until I found out the taxes (before Insurance and Homeowners fees) were almost $500 per month. And that is CHEAP around here. $1000 for the mortgage, plus $500 more for schools, etc.
