They should be taught to pay a heck of a lot more attention to the care they are supposed to be providing, and nowhere else will this be more effective than hit them where it hurts (the pocketbook).

unless one is bored out of their wits for being retired or trying to make ends meet, they got to be out of their minds to do this (go back to work). Life is too short.

it really saddens me to say this, but nowadays, it's really better to be cynical of a lot of things that goes around us. it only takes a little common sense, and a lot of cynicism to avoid a lot of these kind of events from happening to you.
