Hey Chuck, how about passengers quit trying to carry everything including the kitchen sink, when they travel. Dleta should keep their money, and give pay raises to their employees, and fully fund the pension plans, then if something is left over, pay a dividend.

It's all a crapshoot. And I always heard April was bad on stocks, Hmmm.... Own some good quality 4% or up dividend paying stocks, and hang onto those. Play the market game with stocks you are willing to sell on a drop, after making some nice gains. After a nice drop, and I mean 10-20%, buy back in.

Panera, way overpriced for what you get. Good concept, but in this economy, or any economy, I think their sales will fall. Bring the prices down. I boycotted them for overpriced food, and not enough.
and I was exploring my due diligence to allotting $$ to some NEM shares......not much- 5 k's worth. Scratch NEM off my list. Now I can put that money toward some other company, that maybe has a brighter future.
How about invest in your 401 k, stocks that pay out 4- 5% dividends or higher. Drip the stocks ( as in reinvest the dividends when they pay you, usually every quarter, and some stocks every month), and let your money grow overtime. Of course, finding the right stock, and ESPECIALLY the RIGHT buy in price can be tricky...more
so true KOO....these so called financial gurus, don't have a clue, and just keep spitting out crap to have a job. this market is out of touch anyway, and it will probably go down, and a lot more than today. MSN money writers here are pump and dumpers for their own cause.
I am waiting for the market setback before adding Intel. I believe this stock can fall further in the $19 range or perhaps further. INTC needs to do some more r & d.
