I owned AGNC for the past year, sold out a couple months ago, and back in again, after AGNC is keeping the $1.25 divy for now. Cha-ching from AGNC this past year, as well as EPD, SDRL, TCAP, LINE, TGH, BBEP, and many others. STWD is my next buy.
so true what you said, especially on using debt to buyback shares. I believe most of these "authors" are paid by the financial industry to spill out lots of BS.
