VL: you may be correct.  I just mentioned the 3 countries that I had been in in the past 6 months and observed what was happening.  I was also in both Australia and NZ and did not observe this,  The American dollar has been absolutely trashed vis a vis those currencies.  Is that the basis of your conclusion?

I thought Japan decided to pattern the U.S.S.A. in printing counterfeit money(?).  Greece, Spain, Japan ...all trying to grab ahold of our sinking ship.

Didn't yu read the MSN money news yesterday?  The purported reason for the $42.47 decrease in the Dow was because onre of his minions at the fed let it slip that this summer Bernanke was going to decrease the amount of counterfeit money he is printng.

Taxes increased on each gallon of gas pumped - again!  It's 29% of the cost of each gallon (before the latest increase).  Those nickle and dimes add up, and up, and up.
