Who cares? Consumer Reports uses SELF REPORTED statistics from their subscribers for their reliability survey. It is only as accurate as their untrained and biased readers want it to be. At least this report is compiled by statistical professionals using data they believe to be reliable.

Sorry but the Consumer Reports reliability data is NOT based on their testers experience. They don't keep the cars long enough unless the vehicle is tagged for a long term test.
