Just a heads up to all veterans.  If you owe a balance for care received through the VA, the IRS will deduct the full amount owed from your refund.  I thought it was a mistake when I got my deposit and  money was missing.  I did get a letter saying my balance owed was deducted several days later .Now you know.  Thanks ...more
