I bring in about a grand a month (Gross) of income from rental properties and my rich buddy brings in about $12,000...cash flow baby!!..We laughing all the way to the bank... just like any other investment, there is risk but there is also reward.

My rich buddy does not buy a RV...he buys a house, rents it out, and the income he makes from that pays for the RV and he gets the tax deductions, plus the value of the house appreciation.

Yep, I was in NYC (Brooklyn) for the last two years working (Unable to carry my gun with me)...i never felt so unsafe in my life.
