I agree, it is one thing treat your customers bad behind closed doors but to openly say we can replace any subscriber loss with new fools is just plain stupid. I know many friends of mine that feel the same way, it has little to do with the price increase and more to do with the attitude.

Actually, you can buy a DVD for less than the price you used to be able to rent them at the video stores. If you are really sharp you can then convert them to a digital format so you can watch them on multiple devices. I saw Blu-Rays for $6 at Wal-Mart and some of them were 2 movie bundles!
