Another stupid case that should have never gone to court.  If you throw something away you have abandoned it.  That is why the police can dig in your trash outside your home without a warrant.  She should have checked the numbers herself before throwing it away.

the show does suck now.  when charlie was on the show i never missed and episode.  I haven't watched one since ahston's 3rd of 4th episode.  nothing personal i think ashton is a great actor loved many of his movies but the chemistry just isn't there

The problem is not the dream is gone, but in the 70's it changed from a goal to and entitlement.  That's when the gov passed the housing reinvestment act that made banks start loaning to people who typically could not afford it because it is a right for all americans to own homes.  That just is not true and that is why...more

I'm not usually a big fan of the government telling businesses how they need to operate, but these banks have shown that they can not be trusted.  A lot of their practices were for the best word criminal.  They had the consumers in their pocket and knew that there was nothing we could do about it so they jacked up rate...more
