Can a business owner refuse to serve Catholics, people who look a lot like Muslims, overweight people?  I always thought that opening a business meant not being able to discriminate when it comes to serving the 'public'.

Maybe the reason the pipeline is on hold is that North Dakota and Nebraska have both asked the EPA for an environmental impact statement before it is approved for construction.  I'm sure you can find something else to blame Obama for.
