Is the mortgage tax break in danger?

You about the flexibility of a 30 year loan and the variable payments people can make.   That that sounds good on paper but people NEVER do that they always make the minimum payment.   Then they end up paying all the interest.   Always go 15, less interest and you get your house paid off much faster.  You can still mak...more

Mortgage paid off -- now what?

If the Express scripts-MEDCO merger goes through you won't see a CVS-Walgreens merger you will see CVS-Caremark  merging with another large PBM.   Don't forget CVS Pharmacy owns a PBM.    If you have Caremark for your insurance you MAY not be able to go to a Walgreens in the future.   Also CVS could buy another chian l...more
