This program was meant to help those who couldn't help themselves  (children, elderly, disabled), however it has become a train wreck of fraud corruption and reinfocement of entitlement for lazy people. The government is incapable of effectively running this program.   Just wait for the government to run your health...more

Yep, blame it on seniors. Government borrows money out of SS funds for the past 40 years because nobody's fiscal discipline looks foward past their term limit and what they don't take gets stolen because of completely inept program oversight.
