If you are afraid of heights and don't like cleaning gutters I suggest the gutter guards.  It is a one time process.  You clean the gutters as you put up the guards.  No more cleaning the gutters ever!  East to install and hardly noticeable.  This is especially useful if you have alot of trees around.

Also the price for a new roof is misquoted as well.  I have an average size house and my roof was $9000 plus!
