I am pleased to see the trend leading away from large houses to smaller houses . Smaller is easier to furnish, heat and keep clean. It takes better planning so there is no wasted space. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN IMPRESSED WITH UTILIZATION OF SPACE AND STORAGE IN RVS.
RE:prop. taxes. Each state needs to tend their own business. In doing so they are also responsible for their own debts and overspending. If every state was responsible to a balanced budget, we would NOT be in this financial mess.
