I paid 3 dollars for the card. 30 days later there was $3 more taken out because and every month there after! This was not some cruel joke! They told me to read the fine print-WHAT????

OOOKAY! After 5 years the debt is written off and tax credits used. Do the companies have to pay the gov't back if they sell the debt?
