Sorry Dee... 1 pound of fat = 1 pound of muscle = 1 pound of feathers... BMI is different than weight. It will take more volume of feathers and of fat to make a pound, less for muscle. I do "semi-agree" with you though. Poundage vs. Health is not a perfect equation.
