The man's a simpleton. Probably believes that lightening is the sign of an angry god.

I  believe there is a  Supreme Being behind everything.   But that he/she/it created Adam & Eve and all the other biblical nonsense is just that..   The bible was written by downtrodden men who had nothing better to do, i.e. no TV, no theaters, no sports, no golf courses, no fishing poles, no Internet...

p.s.   This guy probably still believes that the whole universe spins around earth.

"Adam & Eve" is one of the oldest fairy tales in human history, right up there with Noah's Ark and Paul Bunyan.   I'll give this man $10K if he can produce their bones and show me where the fruit orchard is that produced the evil devil snake.   Such crap...and many humans fall for it.

I'm glad to see that the Church is spending a lot of its revenue on the needy. I wsn't aware their charitable work was that extensive.

I'm a former Catholic who wants to believe very hard that everything I read in the bible about Jesus is true. But who knows anymore.   As for the Roman Catholic religion, I just can't swallow a lot of the mediaeval nonsense it teaches and/or represents, i.e. the value of holy water, the whole saint thing, infant bapt...more
