You wouldn't have to drug test every mother who has had a still birth.  Only where there's probable cause. For example, credible witnesses who have seen her do drugs, recent job history (not a lot of meth addicts can hold down a steady job), etc.

The cutting in line solution is really passive-aggressive. Either let it go, or tell the person that the end of the line is back there.

I think a lot of comedians today of both genders are totally classless. They think the only things that are funny are profanity and sex.  Again, not all, but a lot.

If you're going to be an artist, writer, dancer, actor, singer, etc, you need to be able to take criticism.  If you are sensitive, you should just keep this stuff as a hobby and not show it to other people.    Beyond that, she is too old to be having a temper tantrum.

The burden of proof is always on the state in criminal matters.  And you would need probable cause to get the medical records beyond a boyfriend just saying "she's on drugs."
