Sorry, my idea of dinner isn't loading up on a pile of cheap starch. Only fish used these days is when I can get it right off the boats when they come in. Eighty-five percent of the sea food is imported now. Even the Scandinavian fish is sent to China for processing before you get it. Good luck.
