This is so true! When are the federal and state governments going to start biting the bullet and making the tough decisions instead of worrying about being re-elected. Do we the people have to vote for one of the "other" parties in all the elections to get the point across? Would it be any worse?

Being an Ebay seller for 6 years I find it disturbing that you state "fake reviews are a huge problem for Ebay" because any time I have received a bad feedback (Ebay's moniker for a review) I was always told it stays unless I can convince the customer to change it. waterdog49: Your solution has a flaw, what if the mortgage payment is larger than the rent you'd be able to charge? Especially if other owners abandoned their condo allowing drug dealers and squatters to take over. Not a very favorable location for high rent tenants.
