This chart is baloney!!!!!  Every middle income taxpayer knows about all of the tax loopholes that the rich are able to take advantage of.  Tell me why My family paid almost 10% more as a percentage of income than the Romney's?.  I guess that the wealthy feel that they are "entitled" to keep their wealth.
