1) hot bath 2) glass of wine 3) read a book out on the porch/balcony 4) de-clutter - clutter is one of the most stress-inducing things 5) yoga 6) dancing!   not necessarily in that order, and sometimes i combined some of these - reading in bath or wine while reading.

I can't stand narcissists, but I know girls who are into that. Usually the reason is one of two: 1) the girl wants to "tame" the narcissist or 2) the girl is highly self-conscious with low self-esteem and feels like she should be dating someone who is "better than her." Both are bad reasons.
