Fire everyone who owes taxes including all private sector workers. Lets be fair, fire everyone, and if they do not have a job, or the money to pay, put them in jail...for life. Lets see, the CEO only made $2.8 million in total comp last year. This should bump up the comp to the average 28% increase that the top 100 CEOs will get this year. This on top of the 22% last year. But, we can not increase the tax on millionaires because it will hurt jobs. yea, sure.
