Our Kmart closed some time ago. They didn't have any business for the past 4 years, and finally went down. After Sears took it over, I never could find anything I wanted in that store.

I am not shocked. I have watched what both candidates have been saying since this the process started. I also absolutely do not trust anything Romney says. I used to shop at Penney's regularly until this year. Since they changed the store, I only see higher priced junk that is not worth buying. I've had my card since 1973 and am now considering cutting it up.

Adopt them out wherever possible. The stupid government can't ever seem to get anything right anymore!!!!!!

How terribly sad!

Older people, in my area , are still very polite. It is too many of the younger generation who only tend to think about themselves and seem to have lost the art of manners. Where have their parents been!!!!

I try to buy locally whenever I can, but many times the products that I need are simply not to be found anywhere near where I live. I only seem to be able to get simple things like large boxes of dog biscuits through the internet anymore. Even clothing for tall women doesn't exist in the big shopping malls, only online...more

Dear Slipknot, I know what I bought at Lowes was not the best, but it was a darn sight better than the products I bought at Sears. The prices were almost the same and the the warrantees  were much better. Also free delivery. We do have a Vann's Store here, and I have bought from them, but they carry the top of the line...more
