KBB is used almost exclusively here on the west coast.  Recent higher used auto prices have to do with the lack of turnover in the 3-5 year old autos that would have normally been traded in or come in off lease. Well, what happened to auto sales in 2008? Lets just say that at one time Ford was selling/leasing appx. 750...more
