The point is missed.  Medicare is not a government expense.  There is a separate tax collected for it and a separate trust fund for it.  It is self funding and has nothing to do with the budget and national health care. Our congresspersons need to stop looking at Social Security and Medicare as general tax revenues ...more

Didn't understand the example on the maximum loan amount.  The application of the rules did not seem accurate.  The maximum loan amount is to be either 110% of the expected value of the property after rehab.
